Don’t worry! Your booking request will be kept on the previous booking system; www.rentacar-jp.com and you can check the booking details, make a payment or cancel it. Please kindly check back your inbox and utilize the direct link in the booking confirmation email.

If you would like to transfer your booking from the previous website to the new one to enjoy the Membership Privilege, please input your booking request with your existing application ID (there will be a column named “Previous Application ID for Booking Transfer” under Contact Information section) at the new website new.rentacar-jp.com, BEFORE you make the online payment from the previous website, so that we can review your request separately.
