Please contact us or TOYOTA Rent-A-Car shop immediately when you cancel a reservation. Prescribed cancellation fee will be charged. Please note that the reservation may be cancelled if the rental car contract is not concluded 1 hour after the scheduled departure time.

Note: The cancellation fee should be capped at JPY 6,600.
The rental fee will not be refunded even if the car is picked up later than the scheduled time or returned earlier than the scheduled time, unless the request of booking change is reviewed and confirmed prior to the pickup date. Any onsite booking change will not be entertained.
